RICE NOODLES WITH WILD AMERICAN SHRIMP SAUCE AND PEANUTS
Pad Thai is often considered the quintessential dish of Thailand. This rice noodle dish is served up everywhere from street carts to restaurants, encompassing the four Thai flavors of sweet, salty, sour and spicy. At Good To-Go we achieve this flavor profile using traditional ingredients that are used in kitchens across Thailand. Our rice noodles, matchstick carrots, caramelized onions, bean sprouts and peanuts are all tossed in a flavorful sauce of Wild American Shrimp and Tamarind.

Flat out, it’s the Thai people and their love of food that inspires me. My travels to Thailand are numerous and hopefully never-ending. When walking the streets of Bangkok or Phuket the smells wafting from the food carts are everywhere. A bouquet of fresh cilantro, lime and fish sauce blankets all of Thailand. It’s amazing, I love it!
There is one varietal out there that marries so perfectly with Thai Food that it can’t be ignored, Riesling. Whether it be a German, French or American wine, Riesling has gentle acidity balanced with sweetness. The fresh fruit notes of green apple, peach and citrus make Riesling immediately appealing and a perfect wine to sip with our Pad Thai.
