The addition of Thai chilies gives this dish a just the right amount of heat. It’s loaded with fresh broccoli, cauliflower, peas and green beans. To complete the true Thai experience, our curry is served with jasmine rice, the most fragrant and flavorful rice for this dish.

Nothing goes better with our sweet coconut curry than a cold beer. If you’re lucky enough to get Singha you will have the perfect Thai pairing. Singha is a German style lager made in Thailand. It’s light enough for a hot day and goes down smoothly with this dish. Singha is also sold in cans for a lighter hull either direction. If beer isn’t your thing, or too much to carry, a slightly sweet white wine like a Riesling will go very well with our Thai Curry too.
