Orders are typically processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding Holidays. Please allow time for both processing and shipping.

Shipping within the United States:
Orders are generally shipped via UPS GROUND. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery within the Continental United States from the day they ship depending on proximity to our facility in Kittery, Maine.
Please Note: UPS can now ship to PO Boxes. However, please allow an extra day for shipping to PO Boxes.
Unfortunately due to government regulations we are unable to ship web orders for food products outside the United States including Canada.

You may return any non-food items such as clothing & bags within a 30-day period from delivery for a full refund as long as items are in their original condition.
Good To-Go will cover return shipping fees if the return was due to our error in such cases as damaged, defective or incorrect shipped items. Otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Please Note: Good To-Go cannot accept returns on ANY FOOD ITEMS unless it is damaged or defective.
